Pop heartthrob Justin Bieber has vowed to fight a shocking new lawsuit which claims he fathered a child with a 20-year-old California Woman.
According to
Star magazine Mariah Yeater says she had sex backstage at one of his LA shows and three months ago she gave birth to a baby boy.
She has now filed a paternity suit against the My World singer and is asking for financial support for the baby.
The Bieb's people a strongly denying her allegations however and in a strongly worded response they said: "While we haven't yet seen the lawsuit, it's sad that someone would fabricate, malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims.
"We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these malicious allegations."
THE BIEB's baby drama is over. The lawsuit against teen heartthrob has apparently gone the way of the passenger pigeon, according to TMZ. Mariah Yeater filed her suit that Canadian crooner, 17, fathered her child in October, but the suit was quietly dismissed last week. Now, the somewhat dodgy California woman's lawyers have also packed it in. The Bieb denied the claims all along that the kid was conceived after a 2010 concert in Los Angeles. The spunky Bieb vowed to take a paternity test and fight the sinister allegations. We understand armies of 14-year-old girls were going to beat up Yeater. MORE FROM TMZ
