WII, WHEELS AND VODKA BAD MIX FOR BOSTON BOOZER

PARTY ON WAYNE
FOUR or five vodkas. A little Nintendo Wii with some pals. Sounds like a good time, right? Well, of course, there are always those who overdo it. Take Wayne Leduc, 40, of Milton Massachusetts. It was all fun and games and then Wayne got into a car with a load on, according to cops.
Wearing just socks and a blood-alcohol level of .20--twice the legal limit--Wayne rear-ended Massachusetts State Trooper Brian Berry's idling cruiser and pinned his legs against a car he had pulled over for speeding.
The 'storage consultant' and onetime security guard was ordered held on $1,500 cash bail after pleading not guilty to a tresure trove of vehicular offences, including drunk driving.
According to the Boston Herald, Wii Wayne has no criminal record but his vehicular achievements are less than stellar: at fault in three separate crashes since 1988. But you can always count on a lawyer to say the right thing.
His attorney, Barbara Garrity, said Leduc lives with his disabled mother.
“He’s been not only a law-abiding citizen, he’s been a productive citizen,” Garrity said. “These are serious charges. He understands that.”
