DARWIN NOTES: IDIOT SHOT IN FACE DURING GUN GAME

OF all the games they could have played, this one was probably the most idiotic.
Erica Clayburn closed her eyes, with a pistol in her hand while her boyfriend Ryan Martin would walk off to somewhere in the room of his mother's home in Carlise, PA.
Then Martin would say: "gun" and she would open her eyes and dry fire the empty pistol.
If you haven't already guessed what happened, of course, this time
they forgot that the gun was loaded, and 29-year-old Martin who works as a Military Police Officer, took a bullet to the face.
He won't be winning a Darwin award however, because astonishingly the bullet didn't kill him and he only ended up with a broken jaw.
Both have have now been charged with reckless endangerment and while Clayburn also faces one for assault. 
Struggling to keep a straight face, Dauphin County First Deputy District Attorney Fran Chardo called the shooting: "incredibly stupid."
"Stupidity is no defense to a criminal charge. The fact that they admitted that they played the game before is incredibly dangerous and incredibly stupid."
