TERRY BRATCHER GETS LIFE IN GUN ADVOCATE MURDER

HE LIVED by the gun and he died by the gun. Retired Chicago lawyer Carl Kuhn was an avid gun collector and advocate for gun rights was shot to death for his large collection. Court heard Kuhn--the 82-year-old former Illinois State Rifle Association official--"opened his heart and his home" to Terry Bratcher, a criminal he often represented and even loaned him cash. He was repaid with suffocation when Bratcher stole dozens of guns from his house in 2009.

Kuhn's granddaughter Holly said: “Terry Bratcher is a cold-blooded, heartless killer. We ask and pray
that the court shows him the same amount of respect that he has shown my grandpa." Bratcher will spend the rest of his life in prison. Bratcher was going to sell the guns for drugs.

  1. This is idiotic. Mr. Kuhn didn't "die by the gun" and he wasn't "shot to death." As you yourself note in your internally contradictory post, he was smothered to death.
