Friends and family pay tribute to Beverly Carter

Family and friends remembered slain real estate agent Beverly Carter as an "amazing woman" and a loving mom at her funeral Saturday.
Friends described her as a woman who brought laughter to those around her, adding that she was very successful at her job.
Her son Carl Carter Jr. called her his inspiration and his rock in a post on his Facebook page, shortly before he funeral.
After the 50-year-old went missing while showing a home on Sept. 25, her body was found five days later in a shallow grave in Cabot, a suburb of Little Rock.

They thought they were going to watch a touching video tribute to their elderly deceased friend but instead they were greeted with horrific child pornography images. The arrest came almost 10 months after an employee of Luz de Paz Funeral Home reviewed the drive, saw it was no memorial tribute and called Bridgeport police, the Connecticut Post reports.
