Agents are baffled as to why the four gun wielding kidnappers took Nadirah Ruffin, a 19-year-old mother of four at gunpoint after binding everyone else with tape and robbing them.
Deputy Chief Ernest Jubilee said several people are being looked at as "persons of interest."
Leon Murray, Nadirah's uncle, said that he would like nothing better than for his niece to return home safely and urged people in the
community not to be afraid to speak up.
He added: "There's a code of ethics on the street that we don't talk, that we don't tell, but this is not one of those times to use the code of ethics, we're talking about a 19 year old mother."
The FBI is offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information that leads to Ruffin and the arrest and conviction of her abductors.
The 5-foot-4, 120-pound black female wears eyeglasses and has a tattoo on her left neck that reads "so sweet."
