SYRIAN MOM KIDNAPS SICK FLORIDA TODDLER

A FLORIDA man whose ailing toddler was abducted by her mom fears for the child's life. Fuat Kircaali, 51, has waged a bitter custody battle for more than a year in several states and in three different countries to get his daughter Sofia back. The last time he saw the child, he left Sofia with her mom in Turkey for what he thought was a short stay. The child's mom Racha then high tailed it with her back to her native Syria.
“Every day I spend without Sofia is one thing, but every day Sofia spends without proper treatment waiting for her is heartbreaking,” Kircaali told FoxNews.com. “I cannot live with myself. It’s a tragedy and nightmare.” Sofia had been diagnosed by U.S. doctors with a severe developmental condition called Global Development Delay (GDD) and possible autism. Racha's tourist via expired in march 2010 and she told her husband she was arranging to return to the U.S.
