The one time party mom has been in hiding, since she was sensationally found not guilty of the murder of her young toddler, but now she will have to return to her home state.
Back in January 2010, she admitted to stealing her friend a checkbook from her friend Amy Huizenga - who later testified against her at her murder trial - and writing herself five checks
totaling $644.25. At the time of her sentencing she told the court: "I just wanted to let everyone know that I'm sorry for what I did. I take complete and full responsibility for my actions, and I'd like to apologize to Amy. I wish I'd been a better friend."
At the time, it was assumed that she would serve the probation while she was being held on murder charges.
But now it appears that Judge Strickland has changed his mind and he's ordered her back to serve the time.
Cheney Mason, one of Anthony's defense attorneys, said his client's legal team is working to "set aside and vacate the order."
He added the order claims Baez and Anthony were present Monday for a hearing -- something Mason said "did not happen."
Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said they would move on Anthony if she failed to show.
She said: "We're prepared to move forward with the court order. If she doesn't report, she'll be in violation of her probation, unless something legally happens and we're told to hold off."
