THE CASEY Anthony saga continued yesterday when a judge withheld his ruling on defamation lawsuits brought against her. 

The notorious 24-year-old, who was controversially acquitted of murdering her daughter Caylee last year, had tried to stave off any payments by filing for bankruptcy. 

They include Zenaida Gonzalez, who claims her reputation was damaged, when Anthony falsely claiming that a similarly named nanny kidnapped Caylee.  

Meter reader, Roy Kronk, who found the tot's body also claims he was wrongly implicated in her death and that his standing has been damaged as a result. 

Anthony did not attend the hearing, again choosing to remain in hiding, where she has been since being cleared of the murder, a verdict which even trial judge, Belvin Perry said, caused him to be, "surprised, shocked and in disbelief."

But a Florida judge has refused to dismiss a search and recovery organization's law suit against her who are trying to recoup more than $100,000 they say they spent searching for her daughter Caylee.
The lawsuit launched by the non-profit group Texas EquuSearch alleges that her insistence that the two-year-old had been kidnapped by a nanny encouraged the organisation to mount what became one of the largest and most expensive searches in its 11-year history. 
But they allege that their money was wasted because she already knew Caylee was dead.

CASEY Anthony is expected to plead the fifth in the defamation trial of brought against her by the woman who shares a name with the fictional nanny she invented during the investigation into her daughter's death. 
Back when cops were frantically hunting for two-year-old Caylee, Anthony claimed a babysitter called Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was responsible for her disappearance.

Speaking on Dr Phil he said: "I believe that Casey or someone else that she was with, possibly gave too much to Caylee, she fell asleep and didn't wake up. That's what I feel."
He added that he thought it might have been Xanax.
Asked why she would have done that he told McGraw: "To go out and have a good time, to be with friends, to have this life that she didn't have with Caylee."

PARTY mom Casey Anthony is planning to abandon her home country and become a Mexican citizen according to reports.
The 25-year-old who was recently voted The Most Hated Woman in America by a recent poll  will move to a Mexican beach villa paid for by a wealthy Californian lover who sent her flirty letters when she was in jail.
It is claimed by The National Enquirer that he has given her $200,000 to help her make a fresh start and she will live in his  secluded beach property near La Paz on the Baja peninsula.
The Florida mother who was sensastionally cleared of murdering her toddler Caylee is currently serving a year's probation in Orlando for check fraud, unrelated to her murder trial.
She has yet to answer any questions about how the two-year-olds body ended up in woodland near her home, although it's known that numerous offers have come in from the the TV networks keen to tell her side of the story, as we reported here. But that may never happen, if the reports are correct.
