FORMER CHILD star Corey Feldman is claiming in an exclusive interview with ABC News Nightline that Hollywood is overrun by a cabal of twisted pedophiles--and one sick mogul put his pal Corey Haim in the grave. The Stand By Me star said it is adults with sinister motives who ruin many child stars like himself and the late Corey Haim.He said: "I can tell you that the No. 1 problem in Hollywood was and is and always will be pedophilia. That's the biggest problem for children in this industry. ... It's the big secret."
The 40-year-old actor said the "casting couch,"--an old Hollywood reference to actors being expected to offer sex for roles-- applied to kids too.
Feldman said: "Oh, yeah. Not in the same way. It's all done under the radar. I was surrounded by [pedophiles] when I was 14-years-old. … Didn't even know it. It wasn't until I was old enough to realize what they were and what they wanted … till I went, Oh, my God. They were everywhere."
More explosively, Feldman claimed that sexual abuse contributed to the death of best friend Haim in 2010. He coyly suggested that a Tinseltown titan has blood on his hands for the shocking death.
He said: "There's one person to blame in the death of Corey Haim. And that person happens to be a Hollywood mogul. And that person needs to be exposed, but, unfortunately, I can't be the one to do it." Feldman added that he had also been sexually abused by men in show business.
"There was a circle of older men … around this group of kids. And they all had either their own power or connections to great power in the entertainment industry," he said. MORE FROM NIGHTLINE
