DISMEMBERED TEEN CARINA SAUNDERS WAS 'TERRIFIED'

COPS SAY an Oklahoma teen whose dismembered body was found stuffed in a duffel bag had been receiving threatening text messages from a man she knew. Carina B. Saunders, 19, had not been seen since Sept. 28. It is not known how she died but the case is being treated as a homicide. A cousin, Kathryn Jo Bloodworth, 22, said the pretty teen stayed at her home in Oklahoma City for about a week, leaving Sept. 28. Bloodworth said she asked Saunders to go because she had been getting threatening text messages.
Her cousin said Carina left with a man, 40, with gray hair in a Chevy Blazer on
Sept. 28th. Cops believe the young woman had been murdered elsewhere. However, there are reports she was last seen alive Oct. 8 or 9. Her mom told detectives she was "terrified" something terrible had happened. Now, police believe a missing 21-year-old Oklahoma man is connected to the Carina tragedy. Cody Perez disappeared Oct. 10, "falling off the face of the earth " in the words of his worried mother.

Perez has numerous tattoos, including the words “Hatchet Man” on the right side of his body, and “Clown Love” on his right arm. He is 5'11" and weighs about 180 lbs.
