NEIGHBORS SUSPECTED IN ALEXIS RASMUSSEN CASE

SUSPECT
MURDERED?
THE JUNKIE neighbors of of a dead teenage girl who mysteriously vanished six weeks ago while babysitting is now "a person of interest" in the case.
Eric Millerberg, who has links to the white supremacist prison gang known as the Silent Aryan Warriors and his wife Dea are both currently in jail for separate offenses.
Millerberg was sent back to prison on Tuesday for violating his probation in a 2010 fraud case, after he was caught using the painkiller Oxycotin, known on the street as "Hillbilly Heroin."
His wife remains jailed after being charged on October 7 with two prescription fraud felonies.
But now Weber County Attorney Dee Smith is now calling the couple 'persons of interest' in the disappearance of the teenager who's body was found in a shallow grave near Ogden, UT.
Weber County Attorney Dee Smith told The Salt Lake Tribune: "I am confident police do know who is responsible for her death,’ he told the Salt Lake Tribune. ‘I don’t think (the suspects) are in a position where the general public needs to be worried about them."
He did not reference the couple directly but said they had definite suspects in the case.
Authorities are waiting for the results of an autopsy to decide on what the suspects will be charged with - and this could take at least a month, so the investigation will probably stretch into December.
Smith added: "The body's disposal suggests foul play, but I can’t say to what degree."
It was a tip from a confidential informant led police to the grave site in Morgan County, a rural county north of Salt Lake City.
The family have not commented on the latest development  but said on a Facebook page last week: "Our beautiful Alexis is sadly gone," adding that they had "endured a catastrophe."
