JURY TO DECIDE FATE OF PETIT MASSACRE SUSPECT

A CONNECTICUT jury will begin deliberating today on the fate Joshua Komisarjevsky who is accused of taking part in the sickening slaughter of a prominent family during a brutal home invasion. The ex-con could join his co-accused Steven Hayes in a date with the death penalty. The prosecution says Komisarjevsky took part in the 2007 attack where Petit family members were tied up and left to die in a house fire. They also raped and murdered Jennifer Hawke-Petit and raped daughter Michaela Petit, 11, while Hayley Petit, 17, died in the fire. Dr. William Petit escaped. MORE ON PETIT TRIAL FROM FOX NEWS
