DUMB JUDGES: ACCUSED KILLER'S ROAD TRIP AND MORE

BACK in the day we used to call it Junk Justice. It didn't matter whether you were liberal or conservative, you'd just roll your eyes. Well, moronic judges have sadly not gone out of style.
STUPID JUDGE 1: A Washington state judge is letting accused killer Peggy Sue Thomas take a two-week, five state road trip before she's arraigned. Busted this summer in a 2003 cold case homicide, officials say she lured a man named Russ Douglas to his dead on Whidbey Island. Out on $500,000 bail, she asked for the road trip and, BINGO, Judge Michael 'Easy Mike' Moynihan signed off.

STUPID JUDGE 2: Meet Armando Rodriguez-Benitez. The 35-year-old was pulled over by cops in Wisconsin for driving with three times the legal limit of
booze while driving the wrong way on the Interstate. But as he completes his 11-month sentence, he's been allowed to look for work. Huh? The sheriff is furious, immigrant groups are screaming the sheriff is a xenophobic. We're with the Sheriff. This is pretty outrageous.
