THE MOM of a transgendered teen identified the charred remains of her body early today. According to the Wayne County Medical Examiner's Office Shelley Hilliard, 19, a transgender teen also known as Treasure, vanished in the early hours of Oct. 23 on Detroit's west side. Born Henry Hilliard, she had lived in Detroit the last seven years, her mom Lyniece Nelson said. The Medical Examiner's Office didn't identify her until cops sent a media advisory last week with her information, including the description of a cherry tattoo. So far, no cause of death has been listed. Her mom can't understand why anyone would kill Shelley. She said: She was loved by a lot people, a lot of friends, a lot of family. She just brought joy to everyone that she came in contact with. She was
always there for her family."
