EARLIER: Is this man responsible for the mysterious disappearance of Hannah Graham. Cops in Virginia think so and now they are hunting Jesse Matthew, 32, following a bizarre set of incidents. Matthew was spotted on surveillance video and detectives believe he has information about Graham -- who disappeared Sept. 13. The 18-year-old University of Virginia student was last seen in Charlottesville in an area called downtown mall.Now, as FOX8 is reporting police have issued an arrest warrant for Matthew who entered the police station Saturday and asked for a lawyer -- he then got into his car and fled. Now, he's charged with reckless driving.
FOX8 SAID: "Police said Matthew is the man referenced in surveillance video from Sal’s Restaurant that showed a man with dreadlocks first walking west bound on the mall. The video then showed the man cross the mall, and start walking behind Graham."
He's black with dreadlocks, 6 feet 2, 270 lbs..
