L.I PHARMACY FIEND DAVID LAFFER JAILED FOR LIFE

THE PILL popping junkie who executed four people on a Father's day pharmacy massacre has been sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Whacked out David Laffer was on a desperate mission for painkillers, blood pressure medicine, anti-nausea pills and muscle relaxants, so he and his wife Melinda Brady could get high.
Armed with a pistol the 33-year-old army vet walked in and lined up his victims, store workers Raymond Ferguson, 45, and Jennifer Mejia, 17,  and customers Bryon Sheffield, 71, and Jamie Taccetta, 33.
Then in cold blood he put a bullet into each of their heads, before jamming the pills in the backpack and running out to his waiting wife, Melinda Brady who acted as getaway driver.  
Laffer will now serve five consecutive life terms.

PHARMACY KILLER DAVID LAFFER, WIFE PLEAD GUILTY

TWISTED PILLHEAD David Laffer and his wife Melinda Brady pleaded guilty today (Thursday) to a Long Island pharmacy heist that turned into a bloodbath. The army vet, 33, pleaded out to four counts of first-degree murder, calmly replying: 'Guilty' to each charge. His junkie wife Melina Brady--who plotted the heist and drove the getaway car pleaded guilty to robbery. She wasn't charged with murder because there wasn't enough prooif she knew her hubby was planning a massacre. Sentencing is slated for Oct. 17. LI PHARMACY FIEND DAVID LAFFER TO PLEAD GUILTY

THE WHACKED out junkie accused of cold heartedly executing four people on Father's Day will plead guilty tomorrow according to reports.
David Laffer is accused of lining up his victims in a Long Island pharmacy and planting bullet ino the brains of workers Raymond Ferguson, 45, and Jennifer Mejia, 17,  and customers Bryon Sheffield, 71, and Jamie Taccetta.
It's thought he wanted the Hydrocodone tablets because he and his wife Melinda Brady were addicted to the super strong painkillers.
Now source has allegedly told the NY Post that he "will plead guilty tomorrow'' before a Long Island judge.
The source declined to provide details of the expected guilty plea, but Laffer, 33, is expected to plead guilty to the first-degree murder and robbery charges against him.

L.I PHARMACY SLAY: MELINDA BRADY PLEADS NOT GUILTY

THE JUNKIE wife of accused Long Island pharmacy killer David Laffer has pleaded not guilty to her role in the slaughter.
Prosecutor's claimed Melinda Brady helped to plot the robbery,  get rid of stolen drugs, dismantle and bury the murder weapon and concoct an alibi for the Father's Day massacre.
But while the 29-year-old admitted to planning the heist, but claims she had no clue that it involved killing, meaning that prosecutors were only able to charge her with first-degree robbery, instead of murder - much to the frustration of the victim's families.
Rene Mejia whose 17-year-old daughter, Jennifer, was gunned down in the horrendous heist - scoffed at the prosecutions decision not to charge Brady.

THE WHACKED out junkie accused of executing four people in a Long Island pharmacy robbery gone wrong has appointed Amy Fisher's attorney to be his legal representative.
David Laffer has picked Eric Nairburg to defend on the charges that he walked into the store, shot and killed the clerk, stole the drugs and killed three other people before fleeing.
The Long Island is best known for defending, Long Island Lolita, Amy Fisher, who like Laffer created national headlines when she plead guilty to shooting her then-lover Joey Buttafouco's wife, Mary Jo, in the head back in 1992.

LI PHARMACY FIEND DAVID LAFFER FORMALLY INDICTED

THE man accused of executing four innocent people in a Long Island pharmacy robbery has been formally indicted by a grand jury. Dope Fiend David Laffer, allegedly held up the store and then lined up his victims, before cold bloodedly blasting a bullet into the heads of store workers Raymond Ferguson, 45, and Jennifer Mejia, 17,  and customers Bryon Sheffield, 71, and Jamie Taccetta, 33.
Hours after his arrest the 33-year-old was picked out of a lineup by victim Jamie Taccetta's fiancĂ©, James Manzella -- who had been waiting for her outside the drug store and saw the assassin.
"It was definitely him," Manzella said, according to a police source.

LI PHARMACY fiend David Laffer is being constantly monitored, under a 24-hour suicide watch as officials are worried that he will try and take his own life before he comes to trial.
The 33-year-old is accused of lining up workers Raymond Ferguson, 45, and Jennifer Mejia, 17,  and customers Bryon Sheffield, 71, and Jamie Taccetta, 33 and executing each one with a bullet to the head.
It's thought he wanted the Hydrocodone tablets because he and his wife Melinda Brady were addicted to the painkillers.
Correction officers said Laffer, who was forced to wear an anti-suicide suit, was chatty at first but quieted down.

Growing up, his father who passed away in 1996, was an active member of the NRA, so the degenerate drug user, who allegedly stole, 10,000 Hydrocodone pills before his brutal slaughter, had learned about weapons young.
Then he served in the army from 1994 to 2002, where weapons training would have been mandatory.
In several Internet postings, Laffer claimed to have served in a military intelligence unit in the Bronx under Ronald Bucca, a heroic fire marshal who was killed on 9/11.

COPS: DAVID LAFFER IS LONG ISLAND PHARMACY KILLER

David Laffer is removed by police from his Medford, L.I., home which was raided by cops Wednesday morning in connection with the quadruple homicide at a pharmacy.COPS IN New York arrested today the man they believe is responsible for the Long Island pharmacy massacre on Father's Day. David Laffer, 33, and his wife Melinda Brady were busted by heavily armed cops Wednesday. Described as quiet, one pal told the New York Daily News that Laffer and his wife was had pain pill problems. He had recently lost his job and drug plan. On Sunday, a man walked into a family-owned pharmacy in Medford and executed two employees and two customers. There were no signs of a struggle.
Friend Joanna Martino said: "This past weekend Melinda was trying to find out if anyone knew what hospital she can go to to get a scrip for pain pills." The arrests following an intense three-day manhunt
