The 49-year-old monster thought it would be be a good idea to hang both his dogs from a tree in his front yard.
Nobody knows if heartless Guzman-Zubiar was purposely torturing the poor creatures or if this was his idea of some sort of sick joke but nevertheless his Miami, FL neighbors were appalled.
The poor animals were left to dangle until passing witnesses started screamed at him to cut the dogs down.
It was only when they threatened to call the cops that he snipped the ropes but sadly one of the dogs, a Doberman pincher, had already passed away.
The other dog, a Dalmatian, was injured and taken away by animal
services. Guzman-Zubiar is now being charged with two counts of animal cruelty and is currently being held on $20,000 bond.
