GO TO JAIL: LAURA CHAVEZ STABS OVER MONOPOLY

JAIL
SHE did not pass go or collect $200 - instead Laura Chavez went directly to jail after repeatedly stabbing her boyfriend after arguing over a game of Monopoly.
Whether she landed on one of his hotels is unclear but cops say they arrived to find the 48-year-old "bleeding from his head and right wrist."
She then admitted to stabbing the man with a kitchen knife.
According to the statement of probable cause filed for her arrest they were playing the game when she: "hit him on the head  with a glass bottle."
Then she: "grabbed a knife and began cutting him causing injuries to the top of his head, neck, left eyebrow and right wrist area."
According to the New Mexican, Chavez's 10-year-old grandson added that they: "Started to argue because she thought he was cheating at Monopoly."
Surprisingly enough cops say both Chavez and her boyfriend appeared to be intoxicated and although she initially denied the charges cops say, she later admitted to the attack.
She was charged with aggravated battery on a household member with a deadly weapon, battery upon a peace officer, assault upon a peace officer and resisting or evading a police officer and remained jailed late Wednesday in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond, according to an online jail database.
