A WICCAN prison chaplain who's real name is Witch, has denied drugging and inmate and performing sex acts on him during a staged hostage situation.
Wheelchair bound Jamyi Witch, 52, told cops she had suffered a terrifying ordeal at the hands of an inmate who'd taken her hostage and refused to let her out of his office.
But cops now think she  drugged him and performed sex acts on him and the hostage scenario was an elaborate scheme to get both her and the prisoner transferred to another prison.
According to Fox 11 however, the Witch, who was the first Wiccan chaplain of Wisconsin's, Oshkoh Correctional Insitute when she appointed in 2001, and the prisoner knew each other from a previous jail.
Her version of events were put into question when Warden Judy Smith intercepted a letter written by the inmate - addressed to his mother.
The inmate, who has since been transferred to Green Bay Correctional Institution, had written that Witch had devised the hostage plan, because of threats from staff members.
He wanted to transfer because he had been attacked by three men while in his cell.
Witch who is currently on paid administrative leave is due back in court Jan. 3 for a pre-trial conference.
