ROBYN GARDNER CASE: NOT ENOUGH TO CONVICT

PROSECUTORS in Aruba fear they don't have enough evidence to convict Gary Giordano--the creepy swinger who's the prime suspect in the disappearance of Maryland party girl Robyn Gardner. His lawyer Chris Lejuez told RadarOnline.com: "They won’t have a slam dunk, I can assure you. I am not confident that he will never been charged, but I am confident that if he is that I will have a lot of things to say regarding this case."
Gardner, 35, an unemployed dental assistant and aspiring model met Giordano on a swinger's website then snuck away for an island romp. But on Aug. 2, she vanished and Giordano said she was carried out to sea. MORE FROM RADARONLINE.COM
