HEADS are rolling at PennState in the wake of the Jerry 'Dirty Jerry' Sandusky sex scandal involving young boys. But the one man who kinda looks safe in the whole sordid tale is the legendary coach, Joe Paterno who told the school's athletic director that former defensive coordinator Dirty Jerry molested a boy in the locker room in 2002. Already athletic director Tim Curley and vice president Gary Schultz have walked the plank. However, experts said the Nittany Lions pooh bah is hardly innocent.
Cardozo School of Law professor Marci Hamilton told the New York Daily News: “I don’t think Joe Paterno is in trouble. But the bigger
problem is the number of people who knew about it and covered it up. It is hard to argue that Paterno didn’t have some responsibility, especially since he did not receive a report of abuse but an account from an actual eyewitness. For him to take such a non-aggressive approach, and for him to allow Sandusky to remain part of the program, is troubling.”
Dirty Jerry was witnessed having anal sex with a young boy in the locker by a grad student. But because nothing was done, Dirty Jerry continued his sordid capers.
