Roksana Sikorski plotted to kill parents; they forgive

DETROIT -- A 15-year-old girl who stabbed her kid brother and plotted to kill her parents with her older boyfriend still has their support. 

Roksana Sikorski has been charged as an adult for the attack on her 12-year-old sibling, who survived despite being stabbed in the throat.
But her mom Laurene told WDIV that she suffers from mental illness and was under the spell of 23-year-old Michael Rivera, who they had filed a statutory rape complaint against.
"I think she just thought this guy loved her and she wanted to do whatever he told her," Laurene Sikorski told the station. "She was very vulnerable and she as a mental disorder. I want to make sure she gets help."

THE SEATTLE Mariner who was viciously stabbed to death was arguing with his brother over loud music before he died, cops said.
Slugger Greg Halman, 24, was found bleeding from a deep stab wound in the early hours of Monday morning in his family's home in Rotterdam, Holland, as we reported here.
His 22-year-old brother Jason, was busted at the scene, where ambulance paramedics were unable to revive Halman, who broke into the Seattle side last year.
Rotterdam Police spokeswoman Patricia Wessels said: "From what we have learned so far there was an argument between the two brothers over loud music being played."
In the meantime tributes have been pouring in for the well liked dutch international. 

SEATTLE MARINER GREG HALMAN STABBED TO DEATH

SEATTLE MARINER star Greg Halman has been stabbed to death and his brother has been arrested in connection with the murder, cops said.
Halman was at home in Rotterdam, Holland, where police found him bleeding from a knife wound, but officers were unable to resuscitate the outfielder.     
Under Dutch privacy rules officials were unable to give his name, but they said: "A 24-year-old died this morning in a stabbing and we have arrested the 22-year-old brother of the victim."
Dutch TV station NOS confirmed the news however, after speaking with his family.
There's no info on what sparked the deadly brawl between the pair. 
Hallman's father was a pro in Holland and his brother reportedly play in the World Baseball Championship, but it was the 24-year-old Mariner who was the most successful battting a .230 with two homers and six RBIs in 35 games with the Mariners last season.

Barbara Bell has urged her son, 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty his brother Stanley Dylan Dougherty, 26, and daughter 29-year-old Grace Lee E. Dougherty to "turn themselves in."
Armed with at least one AK47, the terrible trio dubbed "the deadly Dougherty's" are accused of walking into a bank in Valdosta, GA, firing shots into the ceiling and demanding cash.

THE 12-YEAR-OLD boy charged as an adult with brutally beating his brother to death has appeared in court for the first time. 
Cristian Fernandez was home alone when toddler David Galarrigo was hurt and he initially told his mom Biannela Susanna that his brother had fallen out of a bunk bed.
But cops later established during interviews that he "acted with premeditation" smashing his helpless brother so badly that he fractured his skull causing a bleeding brain and bruising to his left eye.
His mom has also been charged in relation to the crime because although her tot was unconscious on her return, instead of calling an ambulance, she just cleaned him up, changed his clothes and put ice on his head.
Then according to WETV she just got on the computer to research concussions.

THEY didn't stand a chance. In a deadly five minute rage Everett E. Conant III wiped out his family, killing his three sons and his brother and injuring his wife. It's unclear what sparked the spree, but cops arriving on the scene found  neighbor Jessica Kornder, tending to Suzette Conant when they arrived.
Konder told the Wyoming Tribune Eagle: "She kept screaming that her babies were dead and that her husband shot her. She was trying to pass out on me, and I told her she had to stay with me," she said. "I just tried to calm her down as much as I could."
Kornder said Suzette was shot through her left bicep and left foot.

THE 11-year-old boy accused of killing his younger stepbrother Andrew Frye was allowed to pay his respects at a private session before the funeral service for friends and family.
Allowed 15, minutes, he saw his 6-year-old sibling, before being whisked back to the juvenile detention centre.
Cops found the Skye on a bed in the family's Martinsville, IN home, with a gaping shotgun wound in his head, after the 11-year-old reported it in a 911 call.
He died a few hours later after being airlifted to hospital.  
Cops initially thought it was an accident but Morgan County prosecutor Steve Sonnega says the evidence led them to believe that it wasn't the case.

A BABY faced 12-year-old killer, who brutally beat his two-year-old brother to death is to be tried as an adult, prosecutors have revealed.
