DALLAS, TEXAS -- Another day and another NFL star in apparent hot water.

In a Sept 26th letter to beleaguered NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, she questioned whether his organisation had been made aware of the rape.

Meanwhile in Grapevine, Texas cops told the paper that Spillman was already involved in the investigation into a 2009 assault that allegedly took place a the Cowboy's official hotel the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center.
"We have a sexual assault report we are investigating at this time and it does involve C.J. Spillman," Grapevine Police Sgt. Robert Eberling told the paper.
