BANGKOK, THAILAND -- A beach bartender has shockingly confessed to murdering two British tourists on an idyllic Thai beach last month. The 21-year-old Burmese man -- named Win -- told cops he hacked to death David Miller, 24, and Hannah Witheridge, 23, with a garden tool.
