Roksana Sikorski plotted to kill parents; they forgive

DETROIT -- A 15-year-old girl who stabbed her kid brother and plotted to kill her parents with her older boyfriend still has their support. 

Roksana Sikorski has been charged as an adult for the attack on her 12-year-old sibling, who survived despite being stabbed in the throat.
But her mom Laurene told WDIV that she suffers from mental illness and was under the spell of 23-year-old Michael Rivera, who they had filed a statutory rape complaint against.
"I think she just thought this guy loved her and she wanted to do whatever he told her," Laurene Sikorski told the station. "She was very vulnerable and she as a mental disorder. I want to make sure she gets help."

Porn star Mellanie Monroe: Rap's Maino attacked me!

NEW YORK -- Porn queen Mellanie Monroe is claiming rapper Maino beat her up outside a Meatpacking district hotspot. The New York Post says that Maino -- real name Jermaine Coleman -- suddenly started beating up the sex-rated star in a parked SUV outside the Griffin nightclub.
“Everyone at their table was definitely popping bottles, ”a friendly cop told the tabloid. Monroe -- star of Interracial Cougars 2, Tappin' That White Ass 3 and Big Tit Brotha Lovers 19 among others --said she suffered leg pain.

HOLLYWOOD -- No, really... we're not kidding. Character actor Frank Sivero -- best known as the mumbling mobster Carbone in GoodFellas [our favourite] is suing 20th Century Fox for $250 million. Why? you might ask? Sivero, 62, is claiming that minor Simpsons character Louie is based on him. Louie is a henchman to Springfield mob kingpin Fat Tony, So: "Louie's appearance and mannerisms are strongly evocative of character actor Frank Sivero", his lawsuit says. He's even calling it identity theft and claims he lived at one time next to several Simpson's writers.

Notorious biker chief Randy Yager nabbed in Mexico

SAN DIEGO -- A notorious chieftain of the Outlaws Motorcycle Club is on ice -- likely for good. Randy Mark Yager, 58, who has spent almost two decades on the run from murder, drug and racketeering charges was captured by the U.S. Marshals in sleepy Rosarita, Mexico last weekend. His wife was killed in a shootout with cops as she tried to help her hubby escape. Yager -- described by neighbors in both Mexico and his hometown of Gary, Indiana as the type of guy who would do anything for you -- had a wild side. At one time Yager was the Outlaws kingpin in much of the Midwestern states.

Prank bachelor party abduction ends in armed arrest

A camouflage clad bachelor party who staged a fake kidnapping on their unsuspecting groom found themselves facing real gun barrels after terrified onlookers called the cops.
Dressed in military garb the group pounded on their unsuspecting pal as he approached a supermarket in the Polish town of Ilawa, with plans to take him out for paintball.
The terrified look on their soon-to-be-wed pal's face as they shoved him into a van prompted the equally shocked shoppers to call the cops, who quickly put out an all points bulletin.
Armed with real guns, rather than their paintball equivalents, cops quickly caught up with the group, who explained the mistake.
But that didn't stop them being charged with wasting police time.
 

Actress Daniele Watts charged with lewd conduct

HOLLYWOOD -- The Django Unchained star who claimed she was detained by Los Angeles police because of racial profiling has been charged with lewd conduct.
Daniele Watts made headlines when she posted pictures of her handcuffed and crying after officers found her in a car with Brian Lucas.
The 26-year-old, who has also appeared in the TV series Partners claimed they were just kissing, while Lucas, 43, wrote that he suspected that onlookers assumed that Watts must be a prostitute because she is black and he is white.
The cops have denied any wrongdoing and said she refused to provide identification to officers.
They have also charged both with misdemeanor counts that carry potential six-month jail terms.

Lawmaker Mike Hubbard charged with of corruption

Another day, another politician accused of using his position to line his own pockets.
This time, it's powerful Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard, who among other things stands accused of using his his position as the state's Republican Party to obtain money for his businesses, Craftmaster Printing and Network Creative Media.
The 56-year-old is also accused of voting for the 2014 General Fund Budget despite a conflict of interest, as well as soliciting and obtaining money from various companies and individuals.  
Acting Attorney General Van Davis announced the indictment Monday.
If convicted, Hubbard, who claims the charges are a result of a "political witch hunt," faces up to 20-years behind bars and a fine of up to $300,000 on each count.

HARTFORD, CONNECTICUT -- A convicted killer is suing Connecticut because --- the state's ban on porn in the big house violates his constitutional right to wank. OK, it's a bit more complicated than that but murderer Dwight 'Pinkie Pie' Pink Jr., 44, claims that guards used the no stroke book policy to deny him an art book called, The Atlas of Foreshortening. The book uses nude models to help aspiring artists draw the human figure.

Serial killer Darren Vann's ex: 'He wasn't violent'

HAMMOND, INDIANA -- The former wife of suspected serial killer Darren Deon Vann said her ex-hubby was never violent when they were together.
"This is all unbelievable to me," the unidentified woman said. "A total shocker. I never knew him to be violent, never.  He was so protective of those around him. He was a real friendly person, that's why all this is a shock to me. He had a job all the time; if he lost one, he would quickly get another one."

Drunken Buffy Star busted after hotel disturbance

A drunken Buffy the Vampire Slayer got involved with a disturbance with staff at a Boise hotel and then refused to respond to police officers called out to deal with the incident.
Actor Nicholas Brendon got into it after he broke a decorative dish and staff told cops they wanted to press charges.
A disturbance then ensued and when police arrived, officers said he showed signs of intoxication and the 43-year-old who played Xander Harris on the hit show tried to walk away, so they took him into custody.    He has now been charged with two misdemeanors, including malicious injury to property and resisting or obstructing officers.

Drive-by horse shooter jailed for Amish buggy attack

LANCASTER, PENNSYLVANIA -- A drive-by shooter who gunned down a horse pulling a buggy with an Amish family inside has been sentenced to one to two years behind bars by a Pennsylvania judge.
A married couple and their three young children were in the buggy when Timothy Diggs Jr. pulled alongside it and opened fire.
Blaming cough medicine abuse for his behaviour, Diggs apologized for the shooting as he pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals, reckless endangerment and also entered pleas on several unrelated charges.
But Lancaster County Judge David Ashworth was less than impressed with his apology and sentenced Diggs in the aggravated range under state guidelines.
He warned Diggs that if he ended up back in court, "I'll put you in jail for as long as I can."

PHILADELPHIA -- A perverted Pennsylvania Supreme Court judge who allegedly sent or received almost 250 emails with sexually explicit content or pornography has been suspended by his peers.
Justice Seamus McCaffery will no longer be able to perform judicial or administrative duties while the matter is reviewed by the Judicial Conduct Board according to a late order issued Monday.
It follows disclosures by Chief Justice Ron Castille last week that McCaffery sent or received 234 emails with sexually explicit content or pornography.
Calling it a lapse in judgement McCaffery apologized, but he claimed Castille had launched "a vindictive pattern of attacks" against him.

Oscar Pistorius jailed just 10 months in Reeva killing

PRETORIA, SOUTH AFRICA - Blade runner Oscar Pistorius has run out of track.
The South African sprinter has been sentenced to five years in prison for shooting his girlfriend to death on bloody Valentine's Day 2013.
Judge Thokozile Masipa ignored pleas for mercy from Pistorius' lawyer who said the runner would be become the bitch of prison rapists because of being a double-amputee who uses prosthetics to get around.
