THAT'S So Raven star Orlando Brown had been busted for drunk driving, with his pregnant girlfriend in the car according to cops.
The 23-year-old actor/rapper was driving through Hollywood late Friday when cops stopped his car in front of his home because he did not have a license plate.
Then when they opened up his car they smelled booze so they immediately gave him a filed sobriety test, which he flunked, according to TMZ.  
A source close to the star revealed: "Orlando was as shocked as anyone that he failed the test. Although they had been out, he'd only had a few drinks.

A DEADLY daddy has admitted to chopping the head off his disabled seven-year-old son with a meat cleaver and leaving it outside his home so the child's mother would see it.
Jeremiah Lee Wright told cops "that he'd gotten to the point where he was tired of taking care" of his son Jori Lirette, who had cerebral palsy and heart problems, needed a feeding tube and was in a wheelchair.
So he grabbed the butcher's knife and cut up his boy over the kitchen sink at their Thibodaux, LA home  before dumping his head outside for his girlfriend Jesslyn Lirette to find.

COPS in Missouri have arrested and charged a father of three with first-degree murder in the death of Breeann Rodriguez. The 3-year-old disappeared Aug. 6 while riding her pink bicycle. Days later her training wheels were discovered. And now there has been an arrest in Senath, Missouri. Shawn S. Morgan, 43, is now sitting in a jail cell awaiting arraignment. South African police translator Samkele Mhlongo said the aid worker also showed the children child pornography stored on his computer.
He added: "They were frightened. They were brave to tell. They did something very important."
Osmun who had also volunteered with an orphanage in Kenya aroused suspicions when a teacher saw him following three girls into a building at the shelter.

A TWISTED granny who plotted to sell her baby grandson has been sentenced to five years behind bars.
Patty Bigbee, 47, accepted a check for $30,000 for two-month-old Aiden Flemming, with the full knowledge of her daughter Stephanie Bigbee-Davis, 22, who wanted to buy a car with the money.
In a weird twist the potential buyer was Danielle Skiver, who she had given up for adoption almost 30-years ago.
They had recently reconnected on Facebook when during one of their conversations Skiver mentioned that she wanted a baby.
Rather than offer support, Bigbee offered her grandson who she knew her other daughter didn't really want.

SERIAL killer, creepy Anthony Sowell will die for the vicious murders of 11 women, the judge has ruled.
The 51-year-old was found guilty of luring 11 women to his Cleveland, OH apartment often with the promise of booze or crack cocaine.
But after smoking the drug he turned, repeatedly raping them and beating them to death.
When he ran out of the room to bury the body's in his back garden, he kept them lying around his apartment, causing an almighty stink in the neighborhood.  
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge Dick Ambrose upheld a jury's recommendation earlier in the week that he be put to death.

A COP KILLER is in custody after he senselessly shot an officer for pointing a stun gun at his two dogs. 
George Hitcho Jr allegedly blasted officer Robert Lasso, 31 with a shotgun after he attempted to make him control his animals. 
The 46-year-old had apparently told him couldn't come onto his Freemansburg, PA property and then in a moment of madness he aimed a stun gun at the dogs he blasted the married father of two. 
But although he was rushed to hospital, he was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. 
His mom Elsie Stem told The Express Times: "He was so loved, especially by his kids. Now they have to grow up without a daddy. It's not fair.
