Cops: Burglar shoots partner after fight over goods

Another day, another partnership ends badly, but this time a burglar fatally shot his buddy after an argument about how to split up the goods they'd stolen, according to South Carolina cops. 

Cops said Wayne Jeffcoat and grabbed a gun they'd stolen during burglaries the pair had committed and shot Steven Boone, 41, through his chest. 

The bullet his heart, according to the coroner's office. 

Wayne 46, has been charged with his murder and is currently in Lexington County Jail.    

FBI: Only 'a dozen' U.S. extremist fighters in Syria

Only around a dozen American are fighting with extremist groups in Syria, according to FBI Director James Comey.
He told reporters: "When I use a number of more than 100, that means people who have gone and come back, people who have gone and stayed.
"The figure I've been operating with is, ballparkish, a dozen still fighting there with terrorist group."

Coach Kenneth Carroll 'sexually abused' kids: Cops

A pervy former football coach who allegedly sexually abused members of was held on $1 million bail on multiple charges.
Unable to cough up the cash, Kenneth Scott Carroll, 42, was sent to Oregon's Clackamas County jail on nine counts of sexual abuse, sodomy and unlawful sexual penetration. He was extradited from Montana earlier this week.
Sheriff's investigators said they had identified four victims and they were looking for more. They added that Clark is suspected of abusing between 1998 and 2002 in the town of Colton where he coached boys wrestling and football teams.

Robbery suspect shoots partner's foot on heist

Spencer and Vlatch also known as Dumb and dumber.

Erick Vlatch is now in custody on suspicion of committing a home invasion robbery after he was shot in the foot by his pal Jeremy Spencer. 

Cops told The Santa Cruz Sentinel that "when they don't have their story straight, they make something up on the spot," adding that is "not very hard for us to unravel." 

The pair were already tied to a robbery in the same area and the same time that Vlatch told deputies he'd been shot. 

So they booked the 24-year-old and his 19-year-old pal on numerous felonies.

HIXSON, TENNESSEE -- A twisted Tennessee woman lured a young Georgia mom to her death in a sickening plot to kidnap the victim's two children and say they were her own. Shocked cops say Catherine Goins, 37, shot to death Natalia Roberts, 30, as part of her evil plan. Goins had pretended she was pregnant and then called cops last week, tearfully claiming she had shot to death an intruder inside the home of her ex-boyfriend. That was Roberts. She had been shot in the back of the head with a .380 handgun. Goins then fled with Roberts' two children -- 3 years and 3 months -- in a car.
Sheriff Sisks was blunt: "We're calling it murder because that's what it is. She flat-out murdered her."

Nurse Paul Bugarcic raped brain-dead patient

DENVER, COLORADO -- A creepy Colorado nurse sexually assaulted his brain-dead patient numerous times and has now been given 15 years in prison for his perversions. Paul 'The Buggerer' Bugarcic repeatedly raped Julie Henson, court was told. In 2011, Henson suffered severe brain trauma after hitting her head at work that caused brain swelling and a cyst that left her unable to talk or walk.
Her family only discovered Bugarcic's sick games after hiding a discrete video camera in Julie's room -- because they wanted to see if she showed any signs of improvement. When they saw Bugarcic was doing, they were shocked.
"She couldn't even fight back," her dad said. "She couldn't even say nothing. If we didn't have that camera in there to catch it, he would have kept on doing it." MORE IN THE NY DAILY NEWS

NASCAR star Tony Stewart cleared; Ward was stoned

SYRACUSE, NEW YORK -- NASCAR superstar Tony Stewart will skate on the death of sprint car driver Keven Ward Jr., a grand jury has decided. The 43-year-old racing star's role in the tragic death of Ward has been examined for the past two days. An autopsy revealed that Ward -- who climbed out of his car and onto the track when he was struck and killed by Stewart -- was off his face on marijuana the night he died. In the end the jury determined that despite his reputation as a hot-head on and off the track, video revealed Stewart showed no intention of running down the young driver.

Hannah Graham suspect Jesse Matthew nabbed

GALVESTON , Texas -- The man suspected of kidnapping missing University of Virginia student Hannah Graham was traced by a phone call cops say. Jesse Matthew, 33, was arrested Wednesday in the Texas beach town of Galveston.  According to detectives, Matthew made a call from a borrowed cell phone in Louisiana back to Virginia tipping them off he was out of state. 
"Most criminals make a mistake," said forensics expert Mike Banks.  “This was his; I don’t think that he presumed that everyone back home would have their phone tapped and I presume they had legal wire taps on all phones.”
As for Hannah, 18, police still have no idea where she is -- although her family and investigators fears the worst. MORE FROM CBS6

Accused cannibal killer Magnotta's gay porn pulled

An accused Canadian cannibal and one-time aspiring porn star Luka Magnotta, left, has reportedly seen the remaining stash of his X-rated canon removed by Amazon.com. AVN NEWS IS REPORTING  that the gay porn called Adorable has now been removed by the e-tailing giant.
Magnotta is accused of killing and dismembering exchange student Lin Jun. The twisted young man then allegedly mailed the body parts to Canadian political parties and elementary schools triggering a worldwide manhunt. Magnotta also allegedly posted a video depicting the horrific homicide online. His trial is slated for later this month.
A lawyer said of the gay pron tape being available: “It’s not illegal, but it’s unethical. He’s not convicted yet, but at the same time, by distributing the movie at this point in time, it’s almost indirectly making him benefit from this movie.”

Dismembered body of missing Mirei Ikuta, 6, found

Japan is in shock after the body of a missing 6-year-old girl was discovered dismemebered and jammed into several plastic bags near her home, cops say. DNA tests confirmed the body parts were those of Mirei Ikuta -- who vanished from Kobe on September 11. Media reports said detectives were interviewing a 47-year-old neighbor, Yasuhiro Kiminoin, in the sickening slaying. One of the largest manhunts in the low-crime nation's history was launched when Mirei didn't come home from school. Fired UPS worker makes deadly delivery

Fired from UPS a day earlier, a man put on his old work uniform and made a deadly delivery at an Alabama package sorting center killing two of his former co-workers, cops said.
Kerry Joe Tesney evaded security by entering through a truck door at the rear of the building before opening fire on two members of the management team. Their names have not been released.
Tesney later turned the gun on himself and his body was found dead on top of it.

Creepy Phil Spector looks even creepier in new snap

Murderous music producer Phil Spector looks even creepier in a new photo taken of him behind bars.
The 73-year-old who revolutionised music with the "wall of sound" was snapped after he was moved to the California Health Care Facility in October 2013, the state's Department of Corrections spokeswoman Terry Thornton said.
The state's sickest inmates, including those with chronic conditions are treated at the facility, but state privacy regulations prevented Thornton from revealing detail's about Spector's health.
Creepy Phil is serving 19 to life for the killing of actress Lana Clarkson.  

Pregnant woman and unborn child slain in Philly

The Impala which the victims were found next to. 

A woman who was eight months pregnant and her unborn baby girl were killed after gunman opened fire on a Philly street.
Cops said she was shot in the head, arms and legs and a male victim was hit in the back and one leg.
The woman was pronounced dead after being rushed to the Albert Einstein Medical Center and although doctors performed an emergency delivery, the baby girl did not survive, according to NBC Philadelphia.
The man remains in critical condition, but he was able to tell cops about the shooting. The pair were found beside a running Chevy Impala, according to authorities.
