DAYTONA BEACH -- A drunken stripper attacked her boyfriend with an ax after getting mad because he wouldn't talk to her, cops said.

There, the 34-year-old picked an ax and swung it at him, but he managed to get it away from her and called the cops.
"She is an entertainer, a dancer," Whittaker, 28, told the paper. "And that's where the problem is because she drinks and drinks at work."
Cops arrested her on battery charges and she is being held at the Volusia County Jail.  

 

Cop killer Eric Frein's journal 'cold blooded', 'chilling'

POCONOS, PENNSYLVANIA -- Cop killer Eric Frein's journal "provides a cold blooded and absolutely chilling account" of the night he ambushed two troopers killing one and injuring a second outside a police barracks, cop said.
He wrote that he saw his shot and he took it, adding that he "was surprised at how quick," in the journal which was found at a hastily abandoned campsite, where officers also found explosives and ammunition.
Frein wrote that he took a follow up shot on trooper Cpl. Bryon Dickson's head and neck area.

Creepy Burglar waits for victims to wake

Meet the "creepy burglar" who cops say breaks into homes in the middle of the night and lurks in the person's bedroom until they wake up. "They are coming face to face, from a sound sleep," said Robert Furello of the Woburn Police Department in Massachusetts.

Then cops said he apologises before taking off. 

"We don't know what the next step is going to be," Furello said. "Why is he there? We're just trying to get to the bottom of this." 

The man in his twenties, is described as six-feet tall with black marks on his face.  

Kelli Stapleton jailed for trying to murder daughter

DETROIT --A mom who tried to kill her autistic teenager in what she described as a failed murder-suicide attempt was sentenced to 10 to 22-years in prison.
Kelli Rai Stapleton, 46, admitted to driving her daughter Isabelle, now 15, to an isolated spot in rural Michigan, giving her a sleep-inducing drug and placing two charcoal-burning grills insider their van. She claimed that she had been at her wits ends after years of violent attacks and a failure to find affordable and effective treatment.
Both survived the attack, but Isabelle was in a coma for four days and suffered brain damage. She largely recovered, although she still has memory loss and problems with balance.

Miley Cyrus homeless MTV Awards date jailed

LOS ANGELES -- Miley Cyrus' homeless date who accepted her prize at the MTV Video Music Awards had been jailed for six months for violating the terms of his probation in Oregon.
"I'd like to be viewed as a good person, not as a nuisance to society," said Jesse Helt, shortly before he was led away in handcuffs.  Cyrus befriended the 22-years during a visit to the My Friend's Place youth homeless shelter in LA.

Ray Etheridge murder suspect was boiling with rage

LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY -- The man accused of 12-year-old homeless boy Ray Allen Etheridge in a Louisville park was a boiling cauldron of hate and resentment. And Joseph Cambron, 21, should know: He's the one saying it. "I mean there's just so many cases of me just blowing up," Joseph Cambron told police in an unrelated sexual-abuse case.
He is now charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence in the murder of seventh-grader  Ray. Cops say Cambron and Ray and the young boy got into a scrap last Tuesday afternoon in the park. Cambron is  6-foot-3, 185-lbs while little Ray was just 5-foot-4 and 118-lbs. Pervert pretended he was Twilight star Kiowa Gordon

JASPER COUNTY, CALIFORNIA -- A twisted California man pretended to be one of the young heartthrobs from the soapy teen movie Twilight.  Now, David A. LaVera, 33, has been indicted on child porn charges.

Cops say: "In August, LaVera was charged locally with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and two counts of invasion of privacy for allegedly using his smartphone to video a 12-year-old victim taking a shower and a 13-year-old victim using the bathroom at a Newton home. According to court documents, LaVera later uploaded that video onto his laptop computer for viewing."

Wisc. duo had sex in back of cop car - on way to jail

GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN -- Love always finds a way -- even in the darkest hours. A pair of Wisconsin lovebirds arrested for allegedly drunk driving decided to have sex in the backseat of the cop car on the way to jail. Cops in the cheese state say Travis 'The Machine' Husnik, 33, and Heather Basten, 29, were pulled over for drunk driving in Oconto County. Eventually, the disgusted cop told Travisto pull his pants up.
"At a minimum, the mildest word that I can think of, the most favorable word I can think of, is your conduct is completely disrespectful to the officer," Judge Jay Conley said later in court.

CLEVELAND, OHIO -- Evil Anthony Sowell is bizarrely going for it. He thinks he deserves a new trial. Here's a refresher: the serial killer butchered 11 women and hid the remains in his rundown Cleveland house. As it stands, evil Tony has date with the executioner but his lawyers think "a judge wrongly closed a portion of jury selection and a hearing where attorneys argued about his police interrogation", the Associated Press reports. The prosecution ain't fooled by the 55-year-old monster.

Austin Myers, 19, gets death in Justin Back murder

LEBANON, OHIO – Austin Myers, left, has a date with the executioner. The cold-blooded 19-year-old killer was sentenced to death for the murder of Justin Back, 18. Myers and his family made a desperate last minute plea to save his life but those efforts were shot down.

 "It's only going to cause more pain and suffering for another family," Myers said.
His mother also made a tearful, desperate courtroom plea. "When I'm looking at all these pictures, I describe it like my boy - I love him with all my heart - he just has a light in him in all of his pictures and then he doesn't," Danielle Copeland said, of the changes she saw after splitting with her husband.

Mom who broke into cars: 'I was looking for ISIS'

HURLEY, MISSISSIPPI -- Best. Alibi. Ever. A Mississippi woman plastered in tattoos who was pinched for breaking into cars wasn't really stealing. No, no, no. She was hunting Islamic State terrorists, she told surprised cops.  Lisa Carol Roche, 41, was nabbed burglarizing the vehicle.
Roche allegedly pinched sunglasses and other items from the cars. But after she was arrested, she told cops she was on a search and destroy for jihadi fighters.
