PARENTS BOARDED KIDS IN FECES FILLED ROOM: COPS

DISGRACE
EVIL
AN evil mother and father used drywall to trap their three children under the age of five, in a room filled with feces and urine, cops say.
A neighbor found the naked two-year-old and four-month-old in the bedroom of James Robey, 33 and 26-year-old Christina D. Moore's Bristow, VA, home after their four-year-old escaped and told her. Police say she scaled a five-foot wall to get there.
When she got there she bathed the
children inside the home and then called the cops who found the room the kids had been trapped in, covered in human waste and the couple in the other part of the house.
Moore and Robey were unconscious and Police later found prescription drugs, smoking devices,  and needles in their bedroom.
The children immediately placed them into protective custody.
Prince William County police spokesman Jonathan Perok said Monday that it does not appear the kids were kept in the room for extended periods of time, but said the investigation continues and the couple has not cooperated.
They have been charged with felony child abuse and neglect.
The Woodbridge News & Messenger reported that in June 2005, Moore was charged with felony child neglect after her twin 22-month-old boys were found wandering around a Manassas landfill with no shoes on and wearing only diapers.
Court records show she was placed on one year probation and after completing drug counseling and parenting classes the charges were dismissed.
Her boys, however, were taken away.
