TACO BELL DRIVE-THRU SLAY SUSPECT PINCHED

HOLD THE LEAD. That would have been the likely plea from murdered Joshua Huizar in a bizarre, and stupid, California homicide. Cops say they busted Dalray Kawane Andrews, 20, in the senseless slaying of Huizar while he went through a Taco Bell drive-thru on April 10. Andrews is a gang member. Huizar was not. Evidence found in the dead man's car lead them to the killer.
Rialto Police Chief Mark Kling said: "When that crime occurred, we launched a team of detectives to hunt this person down. We will do everything that we can from this point forward to make sure that Andrews never sees the light of day."
Huizar and gal pal Viridiana Sanchez were in their car, waiting in the
drive-thru line when a gunman walked up to the car and demanded cash and their and cellphones. Huizar tried to drive away. The triggerman opened fire. Huizar was pronounced dad at hospital. Law enforcement say Andrews could be facing the needle.
