$30 GS REWARD OFFERED IN CELINA CASS MYSTERY

OFFICIALS hope a $30,000 reward and contributions from the public will bring in tips to reveal what happened to New Hampshire girl Celina Cass, 11. Cass disappeared from her bedroom in a Stewartstown July 24 and was found dead in the Connecticut River Aug. 1. An autopsy was inconclusive but cops believe she was murdered. Still, locals told the Boston Herald that sniffed at anyone who would cash in.
Debbie Baglio said: “If people have to have a reward to talk, that’s just senseless. A child lost her life. You should come forward whether or not there’s money involved.”

But the state's Senior Asst. AG Jane Young said the public has already produced 600 tips. There have been a number of directions police have taken: Celina's
home was known as a 'party house' with people coming and going at all hours; her schizophrenic stepfather Wendell Noyes who has been hospitalized in the past, no crime but still...; or it could have been a killer across the border in nearby Canada--just a mile away. Celina's mom and older sister have moved from the hope where the beloved little girl disappeared from in the dead of night.
