MYLIE CYRUS HACKER JOSH HOLLY PLEADS GUILTY

POP princess Mylie Cyrus' hacker, who stole a bunch of revealing pictures from the computer of the then 15-year-old singer and then bragged about it online has pleaded guilt.
Moron computer nerd Josh Holly boasted extensively online about his crime and surprise surprsise he promptly got caught.
As FBI agents probed his computer after a 2008 raid they found evidence of other crimes, including 200 credit card numbers that didn't belong to him.
The 21-year-old from Nashville, TN, wasn't actually charged with violating the Hannah Montana star's account, although he may have to answer to that in the future. 
Instead he pleaded guilty to commercial electronic mail message fraud for hacking Myspace so that visitors to certain celebrities’ profiles would receive spam messages.
Holly was paid more than $100,000 in commissions for steering traffic to a website selling cell phone ring tones, according to court testimony The Tennessean reports.
He also answered for violating a condition that he stay away from the Internet while federal charges were pending, claiming he was addicted to it.
Holly faces a maximum of 13 years in prison and a $500,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Oct. 31.He has not yet been charged in connection to the leaked pictures of Cyrus.
