CASEY ANTHONY TO PLEAD THE FIFTH IN NANNY TRIAL

LIAR?
ZANNY THE NANNY
CASEY Anthony is expected to plead the fifth in the defamation trial of brought against her by the woman who shares a name with the fictional nanny she invented during the investigation into her daughter's death.
Back when cops were frantically hunting for two-year-old Caylee, Anthony claimed a babysitter called Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was responsible for her disappearance.
She stuck with the story for three-years, until she sensationally changed it at the start of her murder trial, when her lawyer told the court that babysitter never existed and that Caylee drowned in the family pool.
The real Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez is now claiming that Anthony's use of her name caused her to lose her home and job because some people believed she was responsible for Caylee's disappearance.
She also claims her children were threatened, ABC News reports.
Anthony came up with the name of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez after both women visited the same Florida apartment complex on the same day, her lawyer John Morgan said.
Fernandez-Gonzalez filled out an information card, which included the names of two of her children and details of her car, the same as Anthony would later tell police.
Anthony who was acquitted of murder in the death of Caylee, but was convicted on four counts of lying to law enforcement, will fight the allegations, her lawyers said.
But due to security concerns the one time party mom who is currently serving one year of probation in Florida for a check fraud conviction, will testify via videolink.
