A CHEEKY senior, who posed as a doctor so he could administer free "breast examinations" to women has reached a plea deal, prosecutors claimed yesterday.
Phillip Winkoff, 81, convinced two women he was legitimate and he began by "fondling their breasts" but they soon realised something was wrong when his hands "went elsewhere."
Carrying a small black bag to lend credibility to his claim he went door to door in a Fort Lauderdale, FL, apartment complex, knocking on doors and asking they wanted his examinations.
By the time his first victim had called the cops, he had already moved on to his second victim, Sun Sentinel is reporting
Cops quickly caught up with the perverted pensioner and he was charged with three counts of sexual battery, two counts of practicing medicine without a license and other charges, the paper reported.
He had faced more than 55 years in prison but details of the deal with prosecutors were not disclosed and so it is unclear whether he was serve any time in jail for the crime.
