Duo's sex-rated antics at swinging retirement town

SUMTER COUNTY, FLORIDA -- It's the swinging-est retirement complex in Florida and if there was ANY doubt, it has been put to rest, cops say. Charm Gilbert, 40, and James Adams, 47, were allegedly having some serious hardcore sex at the entrance to The Villages -- the giant retirement community inhabited by 55,000 people over the age of 55. Cops say Charm was "lying on an electrical box with her legs spread open" and the man was "fully naked exposing his penis."

Last June, Margaret Ann "Party Peggy" Klemm, 68, and David Bobilya, 49, were arrested for having sex in a public square at the community. Both pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and were sentenced to six months in jail. MORE IN THE NY DAILY NEWS
