COPS SAY KA YANG MICROWAVED BABY GIRL TO DEATH

Sacramento's own Ka Yang, 29, has been charged with murder and that she microwaved her 6-week-old baby girl to death. Ka Yang was arrested Tuesday in the death of Mirabell Thao-Lo who was found dead with "extreme thermal injuries" on St. Patrick's Day.
