CALI PRINCIPAL SHOT TO DEATH AT SCHOOL

THEY HAD BEEN FRIENDS. School principal Sam Lacara, 50, and John Luebbers, 44, worked together, golfed together and usually had lunch together. But on Wednesday, Luebbers shot to death Lacara, the principal of ScHnell School in Placerville, California. He took a bullet to the torso.
Luebbers--a janitor--was arrested. Cops say the shooting arose from a dispute between the two.

SCALDING BABY KILLER GOES DOWN FOR 25 YEARS


SCALDING baby killer Christian Perez will serve at least 25-years behind bars for the disgusting death of his girlfriend's baby.
Perez put 18-month-old Eli Rojas in 150-degree water, water causing the tot's skin to come off.
But rather than take him to a doctor, along with his sister Patricia and her husband Jose Gamez, they drove to a drug store to get ointment.
It was only after the baby had a seizure that they sought medical help.

NOTORIOUS football star O.J Simpson's attempt to appeal his jail time for armed robbery and kidnapping has been quashed.
Nevada Appeal Court judge's denied his request for a re-hearing over his prison sentence of up to 33-years which he received when he and four accomplices confronted a sports memorabilia dealer in a Las Vegas Hotel.
The former American football player turned actor, notorious after being acquitted of the 1995 murder of his wife, Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman, had hoped to get his sentence reduced.

COWARDLY KILLER CAUGHT 22 YEARS LATER

A COWARDLY convicted killer who shot a man in the back and went on the run for more than 20 years, has finally been caught in Mexico.
Back in 1989 Adam Zachs was appealing a 60-year sentence for the cold blooded killing of Peter Carone, when he jumped bail and fled south of the border.  
The pair, who barely knew each other had been chatting in a Hartford CT bar when a minor argument broke out and they scuffled outside according to testimony at the time.
Then Zachs  pulled out a 9-mm Smith & Wesson pistol and blasted Carone, who was engaged to be married, in the back
He was convicted in 1987 to 60-years but his Aunt posted a $250,000 appeal bond.
He was supposed to stay with his parents in Bloomfield.

POTTY Pete Doherty denied cocaine possession at yet another appearance in a London court.
The Babyshambles front man, known more for his battles with heroin, was busted by cops investigating the death of heiress Robin Whitehead, who died of a suspected drug overdose last year.
She had been making a documentary about the Rock and Roll wild man's drug addled lifestyle and relationship with supermodel Kate Moss the Daily Mail reported.

Her body was found at an East London flat rented by Doherty's close pal Pete Wolfe, 41, the singer with the band Wolfman who initially claimed they had been drinking nothing stronger than tea before she died.
Later he changed his story, saying she had choked on her own vomit after consuming alcohol and Valium.

WOMAN DYING OF CANCER HOPES TO FIND MOM'S KILLER

A MONTANA WOMAN who has been on a desperate quest to find her mother since she vanished in the Louisiana Bayou in 1956 hopes new evidence will give her answers.
Dekki Moate has now given DNA to cops in the hopes of finally identifying recently uncovered remains. Over the years Moate has criss-crossed the country looking for her mom--even appearing on Unsolved Mysteries. She still has fond memories.
"She was very supportive, she made me believe I could do anything," says Moate.

A CALIFORNIA CANAL has given up the body of a small child feared kidnapped by his mother's ex-boyfriend. Stanislaus County Sheriff Adam Christianson said the body was found Tuesday morning from the Mendota Canal and detectives fear it is four-year-old  Juliani Cardenas.

Texas-born Ali signed confessions and made statements admitting to the plot after being picked up in Saudi Arabia where he was studying in 2003.

Stacey Champion, 39, left one Minneapolis postal worker stunned, when the air-mail package started to move by itself, fell to the floor and started panting.

A DISGUSTING Swiss therapist has admitted that to sexually abusing more than 100 special needs children in care homes.
Cops say the unidentified 54-year-old abused the children in nine different care homes in Switzerland and Germany over a 29-year period.
He was arrested in April last year, but authorities are refusing to reveal the identity of the man who has worked as a therapist since 1982 to prevent the investigation from being impeded by media interest.     
The head of Bern police's special investigations unit, Gabriele Berger said that the evidence against the man includes photos and hours of video recording the abuse.

HE'S best known for his defensive qualities, but Minnesota Vikings rookie Everson Griffen has been busted for attacking a Cop.
The linesman was arrested in for assaulting an officer during traffic stop by LA cops, his second in three days after he was hauled in for being intoxicated in public on Friday.
Officers had to use a taser to subdue the rowdy former University of Southern California star after he became "uncooperative and tried to run from officers" according to Police spokeswoman Karen Rayner.
