COLD CASE detectives in Biloxi, Mississippi have made an arrest in the baffling 1978 homicide of a pretty teen girl. Sherri Taylor, 15, was raped and murdered on July 11, 1978.Now, her father William Taylor has been charged with statutory rape as a muddy case gets clearer.
