CASEY ANTHONY 'CONCENTRATING ON THERAPY'

ISSUES
CASEY Anthony is back in Florida and "concentrating on therapy" according to her controversial attorney Jose Baez.
The 25-year-old party mom has returned to her home state for the first time since she was sensationally acquitted or murdering her daughter Caylee. She was last spotted in Columbus, Ohio trying to blend in by wearing sweat pants and a baseball cap, as we reported here.
But now according to her legal adviser Jose Baez, she has returned to her home state and is doing the best she can to "go on with her life."
He told Geraldo Rivera: "Right now she's really trying to concentrate on getting counselling and therapy and trying to go to a place where she can be healthy and try to figure a lot of what's happened out over the past three years and go on with her life."
While refusing to talk of the comings and goings of his client due to safety concerns, he also confirmed that she had returned to Orange County, Florida while her probation issues surrounding her conviction for check fraud are sorted out.
Probation officers say they mistakenly had Anthony serve the probation period while she was still in jail, allowing her to walk free on July 17 without any further legal constraints once she was acquitted of the 2008 murder last month.
Baez said: "Yes she is back in Florida. We brought her back in event that the appellate court rules some time this week. And we're going to follow the law.
"Whatever the courts decide we're going to go along and follow the law and I'm certain she is going to do what's asked of her but hopefully it won't come to that."
But he maintained that the primary concern, he said, is her safety.
He explained: "She's really just trying to get on with her life and it's proving to be very difficult."
