SAFE CRACKING 'SUBWAY BANDIT' SOUGHT BY COPS

BANDIT
HE DOESN'T care about the type of bread, meat or salad because the so called 'Subway Bandit' is only after one thing - cold hard cash.
Cops say the crafty crook has repeatedly eluded detection while breaking into at least 24 North Texas Subway restaurants, including two last month on consecutive nights.
Bedford police Lt. Kirk Roberts, whose city has been hit four times since April told the Star Telegram:
"He's a real professional.”
"Each time, it seems like he’s getting better and better. He's got gloves on, is wearing a hooded jacket and he's not looking up (toward the cameras) much.”
He added: “We just don't know anything about him,” explaining that it was unclear why the burglar has picked Subways.
What they do know is that as of Tuesday, he had hit more than two dozen fast-food restaurants in 12 North Texas cities -Bedford, Colleyville, Grapevine, Denton, Arlington, Irving, Coppell, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Carrollton and Richardson and counting.
Usually he hits them  late at night or early in the mornings and heads straight to the safes.
Cops are unsure as to whether he has an accomplice or get away driver and remained tight lipped on how much money he had gotten away with since January.
Anyone with information should call Crime Stoppers at 817-469-8477 or their local Police Department.
